<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling a cavity between walls of a buried double-walled pipe by which no deposit is generated on a probe electrode. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for filling the cavity between the walls of the buried double-walled pipe 10 by using a dry powder/granule material 40 includes a process for filling the cavity between the walls with the dry powder/granule material 40 by allowing the dry powder/granule material 40 to flow into the cavity between the walls from an end of the buried double-walled pipe 10 using airflow, and a process for moistening the dry powder/granule material 40 filled in the cavity between the walls by supplying a predetermined amount of water.
