<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter device capable of simply easily adjusting a mounting position of a knife relative to a knife rotor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The knife 5 is spirally mounted on the knife rotor through a pair of a first knife holder and a second knife holder arranged at the outer circumferential surface of the knife rotor The first knife holder 8a allows a positioning protrusion arranged in the first knife holder to be fitted in a fitting groove 61 formed at the outer circumferential surface of the knife rotor and to be fixed with a bolt 10. An insertion hole for an eccentric part 95 arranged at a bushing for position adjustment is arranged in the second knife holder 8b and the bushing for position adjustment is mounted in the insertion hole through the eccentric part. The second knife holder is installed to the outer circumferential surface of the knife holder with a bolt inserted into a through-hole of the bushing for position adjustment. The second knife holder is made to be movable in a direction of coming close to/separating from the first knife holder through the eccentric part by the angular rotation operation of the bushing for position adjustment.
