<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a stand-up movement by assisting forces of a hoisting force by a motor and an elastic force of a coil spring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This stand-up movement assisting device is provided with a frame body, a rotational arm member 5, a hoist motor 7, the coil spring 8, and a hoisting length regulation body 16. The assisting forces of the hoisting force by the hoist motor 7 and the elastic force of the coil spring are changed over according to whether a care-receiver takes a first stand-up movement from a seating posture to a half-sitting posture, or a second stand-up movement from the half-sitting position to a stand-up posture.
