Provided are a binding-fastener fixing device for files which allows a binding fastener for fastening documents to be removably fixed to a file body only by work from one side of the file body, and a molding die. A binding-fastener fixing device is provided with a fixing device body section provided on the inner side of a file body, a movable member movable relative to a fixing device base section, a pair of inserting sections inserted in sequence into fixing hole sections and file-side hole sections and individually provided to the fixing device base section and the movable section to establish the pair, an engaging section provided to either of the pair of inserting sections, and a lock member capable of limiting relative movement between the fixing device body section and the movable member. The lock member limits relative movement between the movable member and the fixing device base section when operated by a user.
