The invention relates to a system for supplying a loose product and charging for same, as well as to the main characteristic components of said system. The system includes: a refillable container intended to be filled at least once with a quantity of loose product by a system user, a loose product dispensing device for supplying the refillable container with the product, and an information recording device for charging for the loose product. The container is identified by a dispensing device in order to authorise the supply of the quantity of product pre-determined by the user. The container can include a user identification means for linking the system user with other products which are recorded in the information recording device and for which the user can be charged at the same time as for the loose product, enabling the user to receive commercial promotional vouchers.
