<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage states of personal information and confidential information without imposing a special burden on a person in charge, even if the personal information and the confidential information are scattered over a plurality of PCs and servers in an enterprise. <P>SOLUTION: When a management server determines that a client has a file to be managed based on a search result, an attention arousing display showing that the file to be managed is possessed is displayed at a second display part that is constituted in a superimposed state with a first display part, and the display is controlled so that illuminating light to the display of the first display part is interrupted by the background of the attention arousing display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
