<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system not necessitating large-scale reassembling, reducing manpower and being inexpensive, although typically conventional refiner plates are divided into segments and individually installed on the rotor face or stator face of the refiner, or fixed on individual plate holders with a sufficient thickness including the whole length of the required segment mounting bolt and large-scale reassembling is necessitated. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a carrier 106 face-mounted to carry a refiner plate segment 102 to a refiner disk for refining lignocellulosic material. The operation includes bolting the refiner plate segment 102 on the carrier 106 which is to be face-mounted with a bolt 110, and involves a screw that makes easy the bolting of the bolt 110 on the refiner disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
