<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household thin paper storage container the lid of which is easy to open. <P>SOLUTION: A first operating part 12s of a grip section 12 is folded, thereby widening a grippable portion that is operated to grip the grip section 12. In addition, a second operating part 14s is folded toward the first end 14a of a disengaging member 14, thereby widening a grippable portion operated to grip the disengaging member 14.
