<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thickness and size and increase heat radiation effect. <P>SOLUTION: An electric connection box is provided with: a lead frame 30 for power supply; a plurality of external connection terminals 21 and 22; a storage member 10 which has a connector housing part 12A integrally at its peripheral flank and is insert-molded together with the external connection terminal; a plurality of transistors 40 in a bare chip state which are surface-mounted on the top face of the lead frame; a circuit board 50 which is arranged inside the storage member; and a bonding wire 60 which connects the transistors, the external connection terminals, and the circuit board with one another. The bonding wire joint 21a of the first external connection terminal 21 is arranged upward between the lead frame and the circuit board, and the bonding wire joint 22a of the second external connection terminal 22 is arranged in the rear of a rear bulkhead 12a of the connector housing 12A.
