<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic toner excellent in both of low temperature fixability and offset resistance, capable of giving an image with a high gloss and having excellent pulverizing properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner includes, as a binder resin, a polyester L having a softening point of ≥80°C and <120°C and a polyester H having a softening point of 120 to 160°C, in a weight ratio of 70/30 to 95/5 of (polyester L/polyester H). The polyester L is a polyester obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component containing an ethylene oxide adduct of bisphenol-A by 20 to 80 mol% and a carboxylic acid component containing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid compound and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound. The polyester H is a polyester obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component and a carboxylic acid component containing alkenyl succinic acid by 10 to 50 mol% and a polyvalent carboxylic acid compound having a valence of ≥3.
