PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device reliably operable without impairing an occupant's comfortability. SOLUTION: The seat device comprises a vehicle seat 2 attitude-changeable, a motor 4 for driving the seat 2, and a control part 3 for duty-controlling power supply to the motor 4. An initial starting time is provided so that a duty ratio is set as a first duty ratio during a time from supplying power to the motor 4 when driving the motor 4 to starting the operation of the seat 2 with the drive of the motor 4. The duty ratio is controlled to be lower when the initial starting time passes, and to be set as a second duty ratio which is smaller than the first duty ratio when starting the operation of the seat 2.
