PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having satisfactory interlayer adhesiveness with respect to lamination of polypropylene film and sealant resin. SOLUTION: In the laminated film prepared by laminating a sealant layer on at least one surface of the polypropylene film via an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer comprises a mixture of: an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) which contains a (meth)acrylic ester component and has an unsaturated carboxylic acid content of 0.01 to 5.0 mass%; and a thermoplastic resin (B) of a glass transition temperature of 5°C or less, wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) is in the range of 99/1 to 20/80.
