<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valuables transportation system using an unlocking method based on positional information, which can determine whether or not a permission of unlocking is given to a storage box on the basis of positional information acquired by utilizing electric waves from a GPS satellite, and can determine whether or not a permission of unlocking is given to the storage box without executing work to a building even if unlocking is made indoor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When valuables are conveyed to a destination, destination information (an unlocking time range, destination position information and an allowance) is preset for the storage box. The valuables transportation system utilizes an unlocking method which permits the unlocking of the storage box when a present time falls within the unlocking time range, after an arrival at the destination, when current position information finally acquired from the GPS satellite falls within a destination setting range (within the range of the error of the destination position information), and when the electric waves from the GPS satellite are not received in the unlocking.
