PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdering apparatus for simply, easily and efficiently powdering trees and bamboos, etc., in a long-length state or a large lump state to some extent without utilizing a conventional large-scale chipping apparatus using a cutter knife or the like as a means for refining the food and bamboos, etc., further from a chip form. SOLUTION: The powdering apparatus includes: a composite saw part 10 for which two to four kinds of round saws of different diameters for powdering a material to be powdered are alternately piled up and continuously assembled; and a prismatic tubular part 20 which is in the form of a prismatic tubular shape surrounding the composite saw part and a feed-transfer part for the material to be powdered and a transfer part for a powdered body before and after that, and forms the inclination angle of about 20 to 50 degrees to a horizontal axis. Further, the closest interval of the composite saw part 10 and the prismatic tubular part 20 is about 2 to 5 mm at the upper and lower parts of the composite saw part of the prismatic tubular part, and the powdering apparatus is provided with a material-to-be-powdered feed port 31, a finely powdered body accumulating hopper 41 as an accumulating-recovering means, a coarsely powdered body accumulating hopper 42, a powdered body recovery box 43, a sieve 50, and an engine 61 as a driving means, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
