<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular warmup system capable of effectively executing the quick warmup of an engine and rapid heating in a vehicle interior while simplifying its structure and reducing the size thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular warmup system 1 comprises a cooling water circulation passage 31 for circulating the cooling water of an engine 30 to a heat storage device 10, and a working fluid circulation passage 41 for circulating working fluid of an automatic transmission 40 to the heat storage device 10. The heat storage device 10 has a first chamber 15 communicating with the cooling water circulation passage 31, a second chamber 16 with a heat storage material 20 arranged therein, and a third chamber 17 communicating with the working fluid circulation passage 41. The heat exchange can be executed between the cooling water in the first chamber 15, the heat storage material 20 in the second chamber, and the working fluid in the third chamber 17. In the vehicular warmup system 1, the heat storage device and a heat exchanger for warming up an engine for the driving system which have been separated from each other can be united in one device. Furthermore, the engine can be efficiently warmed up by using a latent heat storage material capable of executing heat storage in a supercooling state for the heat storage material 20.
