<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve mountability of a cover member for a slide door rail on a vehicle body, while reducing the weight of the cover member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rear face part 54 of the cover member 14 for covering the slide door rail 12 from the vehicle outside is provided with a locking part constituted of a peripheral edge part of a slit 57 locked to be engageable/disengageable with/from a weld bolt 45 provided in a mounting part (rear side cover mounting part 64a) on the vehicle body side corresponding to the rear face part 54. A front face part 53 of the cover member 14 is provided with a fixed part constituted of a peripheral edge part of an insertion hole 55 fixed to a mounting part (front side cover mounting part 60a) on the vehicle body side corresponding to the front face part 53 via a bolt 41.
