The method involves obstructing tubular loops (18) with consumer connection points (19, 20), where the tubular loops run along sewage canalization pipes (12). The tubular loops are sectionally inserted in empty pipe openings of the sewage canalization pipes. The tubular loops for individual consumers (21-28) are obstructed one below the other in partial covering in a longitudinal course. The sewage canalization pipes are shifted in a running process. Conduit pipes inside empty pipes are cast with attached filler or dusk. An independent claim is also included for a system of thermal power generation pipes for operating a heat pump.
