PURPOSE: A customized information providing system and a method thereof using a parking lot system and reducing the information providing system are provided to install the display device in order for a passenger of the vehicle to view the display device. CONSTITUTION: A parking lot management system includes a resident terminal, a database unit(200), a display unit(130), and a central control server(100). The resident terminal is connected to the central control server and wired and wireless network. The database unit saves the license plate numbers in which it is input from the resident terminal and customized information and advertisement or the publicizing information. The display unit installs in the easy location the passenger of the vehicle in which it enters the parking lot feels.
