The invention relates to shop equipment and can be used for dispensing beer and other beverages form isobaric containers. The device comprises a delivery channel to be connected to a pipeline for feeding a gas from a pressure source, a delivery channel to be connected to a pipeline for feeding a beverage from an isobaric container, a cavity which is open on the side of the lower end of a body and is connected to the gas and beverage delivery channels by means of a discharge channel via a three-way valve for successively connecting one of the delivery channels to a discharge channel or for disconnecting all the channels. A defoaming unit is designed in the form of a nozzle consisting of an axial through channel and a cylindrical part which is provided with a helical discharge channel on the outer surface thereof. The device has a unit for attaching to a bottle neck and a throttle valve which is connected by means of the inlet channel thereof to the axial through channel of the nozzle. The three-way valve is disposed in the body cavity which has three positioned in series annual chambers. The delivery and discharge channels are connected to said chambers and a reciprocating ring valve and a rod connected to a control handle are arranged in the chambers.
