The invention relates to self-adhering/self-adhesive sheets for exclusive direct plantar use, in the form of protective and/or disinfectant elements that use fungal/therapeutic/anti-contagion preventive substances. The upper side or face of the sheet is provided with an adhering, adhesive material which may or may not be bound to the aforementioned substances, intended to be placed in immediate contact with, and affixed exclusively and directly to the skin or to any cloth/material/fabric that may be used to cover the foot, such as socks or tights. The other side or sole of the sheet, which is in direct contact with the underlying surface on which the user is walking, may or may not be provided with a type of non-slip relief or substance to ensure user safety. The invention is used to cover the entire surface of the foot since the sheets are designed to be used alone for walking, without the use of any traditional shoe in order to secure same to the foot, said immediate adhesion being produced directly by the adhesive used.
