A reliable multicast realizing method, system, terminal and base station are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, the method includes: transmitting a code division multiple access (CDMA) code word used by an uplink range channel to the base station as a feedback signal which indicates that a multicast frame does not be received correctly, if the multicast frame is not received from the base station; sending automatic repeat request to the base station for requesting the base station to retransmit the multicast frame that is incapable of being correctly received, after receiving a broadcast message from the base station, in which the broadcast message is sent after receiving the feedback signal is received by the base station; receiving the multicast frame retransmitted by the base station. The advantage of using the present invention is that increasing the quantity of receiving multicast frame correctly and reducing the bandwidth occupied by uplink resource.
