When a relay server creates session managing information from request information on a Web mail transmitted as HTTP data, the relay server adds a new entry to the session managing information if the request information coincides with a session start event of each of predefined Web mail services and updates entry data on the session managing information if the request information coincides with a data operation event of each of the predefined Web mail services. Thus, it is possible to extract a Web mail content together with the creation start method and the transmission state from the request information on the Web mail so that an administrator can read the mail more accurately.
