The bag has a base opposite to an open end, where the open end permits filling of contents (C) into the bag. The base comprises temporary opening and closing units for allowing emptying of the contents in the bag. The base is formed by a rigid or semi-rigid plate (2). The opening and closing units have a slide (3) slidably mounted in rails of the plate for allowing an emptying opening (2a) to be in communication with the interior of the bag. Bellows are provided at lateral edges of the bag. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a bag from a plastic film roll.
