The device (1) has a flat support (2) i.e. metallic plate, provided with object or documents receiving zone and fixed on a flat surface. A partial or total transparent plate (3) is provided with a locking member (31) formed by a magnetic band, where the plate is made of polycarbonate. The support has a retaining unit (22) in the form of open pocket in a direction of the zone. The plate (3) has a flexible coupling unit i.e. vertical tab, cooperating with the retaining unit for articulating the plate (3) and fixing the plate (3) on the support in collaboration with the member.
