The exchanger has elementary sections constituted by a tube with wall thickness lower or equal to 0.3 millimeter, where the tube is made of identical plates (3). The tube has a transitional space i.e. passage (41), managed between collecting spaces belonging respectively to upstream and downstream layers of the elementary sections arranged in a direction such that fluid flows from the upstream layer to the downstream layer of the elementary sections. The transitional space is formed between 60 and 80 percentages of a surface of the elementary sections.
