The tool (1) has a plate (1a) terminated from a side by a proximal reference side (3), and a surface of the plate equipped with a tip or sprocket (2). The surface of the plate with the sprocket is placed opposite to a gripping device (1b), and an axis of the sprocket is placed at a distance ranging from 3 to 3.5 millimeter from the proximal side of the plate. The gripping device is located in a plane intersecting a plate plane and opposed to the proximal side of the plate, and forms an angle between 90 and 105 degree with the plate. |
