PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module of a structure capable of improving efficiency of installation operations for attaching a current lead to a case, as well as reducing load to the current lead and a cell terminal. SOLUTION: The battery module is provided with a case 20 containing a case main body 21 having a cell housing part housing a cell 10 and having a terminal hole with a cell terminal of the cell protruded, a nearly rectangular parallelepiped convex part 22 protruded from a wall plate with the terminal hole of the case main body formed, a current lead 40 electrically connected with the cell terminal protruded from the terminal hole and bending along a contour of the convex part, and a screw 60 fixing the current lead on the convex part. The current lead is provided with a plate-like connection part 41 electrically connected to the cell terminal and extended in nearly parallel with the wall plate, a plate-like middle part 42 connected to the connection part and extended along a side face of the convex part, and a plate-like extended part 43 connected to the middle part and extended along an upper face of the convex part.
