<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient power supply device, without affecting the performances of a storage battery, while supplying voltage to the storage battery to continue charging, without generating pulse noise resulting from PWM control of a switching transistor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device has a solar cell panel 2, the storage battery 1 charged by the solar cell panel 2 to discharge the stored electric power when the amount of power generation of the solar cell panel 2 is not sufficient, and a constant-voltage device 3 to which the output voltage of the solar cell panel 2 is inputted, and predetermined voltage of a fixed value is outputted to charge the storage battery 1, when the output voltage of the solar cell panel 2 is a predetermined value or more.
