<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device that achieves reduction of manufacturing components while being excellent in manufacturing efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The battery device includes a plurality of battery cells each having an electrode, and a plurality of plate-like bus-bars 2 each formed of a conductor and connecting the electrodes of the battery cells to each other. In the two battery cells whose electrodes are connected to each other in the plurality of battery cells, the bus-bar 2 is fixedly provided to one battery cell and is mounted to the other battery cell by the connection part so as to connect the electrodes of both of the battery cells to each other.
