PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle heat exchanger having improved durability, a smaller number of components and improved productivity. SOLUTION: The motorcycle heat exchanger includes: a first side plate 161 provided at one end of a core part 15 in a tube laminating direction for reinforcing the core part 15; a second side plate 162 provided at the other end of the core part 15 in the tube laminating direction for reinforcing the core part 15; a first flange part 51 arranged on the first side plate 161 in the state of being offset from the core part 15 in an air flowing direction; a second flange part 52 arranged on the second side plate 162 in the state of being offset from the core part 15 in the air flowing direction, the first flange part 51 and the second flange part 52 being directly connected to each other with a reinforcing member 6, the reinforcing member 6 being arranged in opposition to the face of the core part 15 on the upstream side in the air flowing direction; and a mount part 510 provided on one of the first and second flange parts 51, 52 so as to be mounted on a frame 2 of an motorcycle.
