<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicular driving device performing variable speed control attaining improvement in the durability of a variable transmission part in the vehicular driving device constituted to transmit driving force from a power source to driving wheels through the variable transmission part. <P>SOLUTION: When the variable transmission speed during the variable speed operation of a continuously variable transmission part 20 is a predetermined speed or higher or when the variable transmission speed assumed in performing the variable speed operation by the continuously variable transmission part 20 is the predetermined speed or higher, the torque of a second motor MG2 is adjusted to control input torque to the continuously variable transmission part 20. If the variable transmission speed is the predetermined value or higher when a downshift request is made as a variable transmission request of the continuously variable transmission part 20, the torque of the second motor MG2 is decreased. Conversely, if the variable transmission speed is the predetermined value or higher when an upshift request is made as the variable speed request of the continuously variable transmission part 20, the torque of the second motor MG2 is increased.
