<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head capable of preventing liquid flowing in a plurality of channels from being mixed through a filter which extends over the plurality of channels even when using such a filter, and its manufacturing method and a liquid jet apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid jet head is equipped with a first supply member 31 and a second supply member 32 where a liquid supply path 36 is formed, and the filter 33 provided corresponding to the liquid supply path 36 while it is interposed between the first supply member 31 and the second supply member 32, and has a thermal welding part 34 where the first supply member 31 is melted and sunk and welded in the filter 33, and a bonding part 38 where the second supply member 32 and the filter 33 are bonded through the thermal welding part 34 in an area surrounding the liquid supply path 36, and includes bonding resin 49 formed by being poured in an outer area that is an area between the first supply member 31 and the second supply member 32 on the outside of the liquid supply path 36 of the thermal welding part 34 and the bonding part 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
