The device has a panel (1) e.g. marine wood panel, including hollow slides (2) to receive a pneumatic peripheral seal (3) equipped with a valve. The seal is inflated by an inflating pump via the valve so as to assure desired sealing for an opening frame. The seal completely surrounds the panel, and is protected by a latex envelope (4) to protect the seal from punctures. The panel is installed at the opening frame on a straight, smooth and clean surface or integrated in a joinery work.
