<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated and large-capacity solid-state electrolytic capacitor which hardly causes a leakage current faulty and has excellent performance, and its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the laminated solid-state electrolytic capacitor, a plurality of capacitor elements C1 to C4 comprise anodes P1 to P4 on one side and cathodes N1 to N4 on the other side. Furthermore, the plurality of capacitor elements to are laminated while the anodes are projected so as to match locations of the cathodes , the anodes projected from a laminated body of the cathodes are bent and bundled to at least one convergence position, and the bundled anodes are conductively jointed to each other.
