<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of rotors for a gear pump capable of manufacturing parts having tooth parts such as an inner rotor and an outer rotor used for an inscribed type gear pump with a set of shaping molds efficiently at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A disk-like blank 21 is molded. Then, this blank 21 is forged in the shaping molds 1, 2 to get a forged article 22 for a rotor with the outer rotor molding part 23 having the tooth part 31a at its inner circumferential surface and an inner rotor molding part 24 having the tooth part 32a at its outer circumferential surface integrally formed. Then, the outer rotor 31 and the inner rotor 32 are respectively cut off from the forged article 22. It is preferable to form the forged article 22 for the rotors by extrusion while the inner rotor molding part 24 is bulged out to a front side of the outer rotor molding part 23.
