<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the efficient execution of a program when operating a plurality of programs in the same environment from each user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control system includes a control device for controlling a plurality of actuators by executing a plurality of functions given beforehand, based on sensor values from a plurality of external sensors and a function providing device for providing the control device with functions to be executed. The function providing device is provided with: a program input accepting part for accepting the input of a program including the plurality of functions; an identification information storage part for storing a plurality of identification information of the functions; a function detection part for detecting the functions whose identification information has not been stored among the respective functions included in the program input to the program input accepting part by retrieving the identification information storage part; an identification information registration part for registering the identification information of the detected functions in the identification information storage part; and a function providing part for providing the detected functions to the control device.
