摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination sensor device capable of attaining size reduction, high inclination (slant) detection accuracy and long-term reliability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inclination sensor device 9 includes a capacity electrode 2 that is disposed with a space 1 interposed between, and formed by facing a plurality of band-shaped electrodes 2a, 2b in parallel in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction to be formed into a lattice state in plain view, and a conductor block 3 that is housed in the space 1, and can move between the plurality of band-shaped electrodes 2a, 2b according to the inclination of the space 1. Static electricity capacity, at a part (capacity electrode 2) where the electrodes 2a, 2b disposed in a lattice state in plain view sequentially changes by interposing the conductor block 3 moving according to an inclination of the space 1, and an inclination of the space 1, and an acceleration speed can be easily detected with high accuracy, based on the change of the static electricity capacity.
