<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, low cost soil improving machine capable of obtaining a ground penetration depth of 10 m or more. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The soil improving machine 1 comprises a base machine 2; a first boom body 3 connected to the base machine 2; a second boom body 4 connected in a bendable manner to the first boom body 3; an arm 5 connected to the second boom body 4; and a long-sized mixing-stirring apparatus 6 connected to the arm 5 and mixing and stirring soil and a solidifying material. The mixing-stirring apparatus 6 comprises a long-sized casing 10 connected to the arm 5, and a mixing-stirring blade 11 mounted to the lower end of the casing 10.
