PURPOSE: A simultaneous notification system using a CBS is provided to send information to a specific area or persons at the same time by connecting a wireless/wired phone or satellite phone to a telephone central office. CONSTITUTION: An alarm broadcasting method comprises the following steps of: decoding alarm broadcasting data; overlapping or inserting with or into a video or voice data section except for a VBI(Vertical Blanking Interval); detecting alarm broadcasting start information from the decoded alarm broadcasting data; checking whether the information exists in the detected alarm broadcasting data; and turning on a main power source of a system if the information exists. |
