A point retrieval device (100) is provided with a table storing part (110), a keyword input part (120), a setting part (130), a database (140), a start input part (150) and a retrieval part (160). The table storing part (110) stores a table in which an attribute for specifying a retrieval method is made to correspond to a keyword. The keyword input part (120) receives input of the keyword from a user. The setting part (130) refers to the table and sets the attribute in the keyword (input keyword) inputted to the keyword input part (120). The database (140) stores information on a plurality of points. The start input part (150) receives an instruction of retrieval start from the user. The retrieval part (160) retrieves the point corresponding to the input keyword from the database (140) by using the retrieval method specified by the attribute which is set in the input keyword when the instruction of retrieval start is received.
