<p>First and second optical crystal plates each of which has a surface whereupon a plurality of linear electrodes are formed at equal intervals are laminated such that the longitudinal directions of the linear electrodes match, a luminous flux is applied to the linear electrodes formed on the first and the second optical crystal plates, and in the state where the first and the second optical crystals are laminated, at least the first optical crystal or the second optical crystal is shifted in a direction which intersects with the longitudinal direction, then, the intensity of transmitted light which passed through the first and the second optical crystals is detected, while changing relative positions of the linear electrodes between the first and the second optical crystals (steps (S10-S12)). A shift position where the intensity of the transmitted light is maximum is permitted to be an optimum position for the first and the second optical crystal plates (step (S13)).</p> |
