<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new basement membrane stabilizer having the production accelerating effects of type IV and type VII collagen which is the important constituting component of the basement membrane back bone, and further accelerating the production of not only singly the type IV and type VII collagen but also both of them, an extracellular matrix formation accelerator, a method for producing them and a method for producing an artificial skin. <P>SOLUTION: The basement membrane stabilizer and extracellular matrix production accelerator are provided by containing an extract of Abelmoschus esculentus as an active ingredient, and the method for producing them and the method for producing the artificial skin by utilizing the above extract is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
