<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a catalyst for acrylonitrile synthesis having an excellent fluidity and enabling the acrylonitrile synthesis at a high yield, and a manufacturing method of acrylonitrile. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the catalyst for acrylonitrile synthesis containing a composite oxide containing molybdenum, bismuth, and iron, and silica includes the steps of mixing a bismuth component (B) to a first mixture obtained b mixing a molybdenum component (A) and first spherical silica particles (C) having an average particle diameter of <15 nm to prepare a second mixture and thereafter mixing second spherical silica particles (D) having an average particle diameter of ≥15 nm and <100 nm (in the process or after the process, an iron component is mixed). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
