LASER OSCILLATOR OUTPUTTING PULSE LASER, AND LASER PROCESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a laser oscillator allowing a pulse laser having a wide range of pulse frequency region relative to a conventional one to be generated by a simple structure, in one laser oscillator; and a laser processing device equipped with the laser oscillator.

SOLUTION: First reference clocks 62 of a frequency of 100 kHz and second reference clocks 64 of a frequency of 1 MHz are formed in an interface unit 14. A selection or changeover process is executed which uses the first reference clocks 62 when the frequency in a laser output command is several Hz to 2 kHz, and uses the second clocks 64 when the frequency in a laser output command is >2 kHz and≤10 kHz.
