<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately associate an event array sequence on a created integral history with the occurrence sequence of each event when collecting histories generated by a CPU unit and each attached unit in the CPU unit or another unit, and creating an integral history by time-sequentially arranging the histories. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A real time clock incorporated in a CPU unit is configured to generate current time data by measurement units capable of identifying the occurrence time of two events which almost simultaneously occur at the estimated shortest interval.
