PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device wherein the service life of a blade and an ink injection head is extended and solid matter adhering to an ink injecting surface of the ink injection head can be surely removed. SOLUTION: The image recording device for recording images on a recording medium by injecting ink from the ink injection head 3 includes a blade 1 can be slid relatively to an ink injecting surface 3a of the ink injection head 3 to clean the ink injecting surface. The cutting edge of the blade 1 can clean an ink injecting surface of the ink injecting surface 3a arranged at an arcuate angle and an ink injecting surface of the ink injection surface 3a arranged at an obtuse angle to the relative sliding direction of the blade 1 to the ink injecting surface 3a.
