PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel holder stabilizing the installed state of a panel without being fastened to the ceiling by screws. SOLUTION: The panel holder 10 is composed of a contact plate 31 formed of one plate of rectangular shape from the top view, with the center part in a short side direction being bent at the lower part, and panel contact plates 32a, 32b connected to the contact plate 31 along the width direction of an upper part of a movable panel 2 so as to extend longitudinally to both outer sides of the bent center part of the contact plate 31. The respective lower parts of the panel contact plates 32a, 32b are provided with panel pressing parts 33a, 33b. When the movable panel 2 to be installed presses the center part of the contact plate 31, the contact plate 31 presses the ceiling by forces B1, B2, and the panel contact plates 32a, 32b move to hold the upper part of the movable panel 2 and hold the movable panel 2 by forces E1, E2 as shown in (2).
