PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for raising dog ears, which raises hung dog ears. SOLUTION: The tool for raising dog ears includes a mounting unit 2 that composed of a front band 2a and a rear band 2b to be wound on the front part and the rear part of a head and a connection member 2c for mutually connecting the front and the rear bands in the vicinity of the upper part of the head, ring-shaped bodies 2d and 2e that are movably arranged at one end sides of the front and the rear bands, make the one end sides of the front and the rear bands mutually approach and prevent the rotation of the mounting unit, a holding device 3 having a function of regulating the length of the front and the rear bands, an ear raising member 1 for raising hung ears to a position not to close earholes and a fixing unit 4 for detachably attaching the ear raising member to the mounting unit. Since earholes closed by hung ears are opened and air permeability in the earholes is improved, emission of offensive smell caused by stuffiness of earwax or the like stored in earholes and infection of external otitis are prevented from occurring. Since the mounting unit is arranged in a manner to wind the whole circumference of dog head, the mounting position of the ear raising member is not displaced and the tool for raising dog ears is not simply removed.
