PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer for a laminated glass, the film enhancing the sound insulating property and moisture resistance of a laminated glass around 20°C when the film is used for constituting a laminated glass, and to provide a laminated glass using the above interlayer for a laminated glass. SOLUTION: The interlayer for a laminated glass contains a thermoplastic resin and a plasticizer having a structure expressed by formula (1). The interlayer for a laminated glass is interposed between at least two glass plates to constitute a laminated glass. In formula (1), R1 represents a 1-18C alkylene group; R2 represents a 4-10C alkylene group having a branched structure; R3 represents a 1-18C alkylene group; and m and n are numbers in total ranging from 2 to 10.
