<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system capable of preventing damage of electronic components and deterioration in a fuel cell even if the drive wheel of a fuel cell electric vehicle slips. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When detecting that the drive wheel of the fuel cell electric vehicle starts to slip, an ECU 40 determines the use of an upper limit value of a conduction ratio to be given to a first converter control circuit 51 for controlling a fuel cell voltage step-up converter 14, monitors the conduction ratio to be given to the first converter control circuit 51, and gives the upper limit value thereof to the first converter circuit 51 when the conduction ratio exceeds the upper limit value.
